St. Vincent DePaul Part of the Problem...

Thanks Zip Rzeppa for helping to trash our neighborhood.  How would you like it if people showed up to your place in the Rock Hill / Webster and started feeding people in your parks under the guise of "helping the homeless"?  How long do you think it would take for your parks to get trashed?
